The company has the ability of producing 1,000,000 mechanical oil pumps per year now, and it has formed a set of systems to research and develop new products all on its own.      The Jincheng Company is one of the most advanced manufacturers in the field of producing the mechanical oil pumps for motorcycle in China now.      The automatic numerical control processing line      Jincheng imported from Japan a numerical-control grinding center, a NC automatic lathe and a numerical control machine for processing the housing of oil pump.The mechanical parts are machined by imported Swiss vertical cutting automatic lathe, which uses new PNC technology----Parallel Numerical Control Technology, to ensure the product precision and consistency.      The high flexible and precise assembly line      Jincheng has imported Japan ADEC processing equipment. The new line integrates the assembling process with real time inspection. With the effective "5S" on-spot management mechanisms in place, quality can be ensured during mass-production. Two-stroke engine lines include AX100, AJ50 and Honda 50 mechanical oil pump. Suzuki brand mechanical oil pumps for four-stroke engines include GN125, GS125, GF125, FD110, UC125, UE125, AN125, and AN150 etc. Jincheng also produces GY6, CG125 Honda series of mechanical oil pumps for motorcycles and vertical cylinder100, vertical cylinder 110 etc.      All these products meet various engines' performances and installation requirements, and also satisfy motorcycles' demands for lubrication oil on different conditions.
