Properties and scope of application
The YB-E medium-high pressure vane pumps are of double acting
fixed-flow pump, which has such merits as compact structure,
low noise, long lifetime, easy maintainance. Its VQ series vane
pumps adopt flex plates to the axial clearance to obtain high
volumetric efficiency and operating reliability. There are 12
blade slots in V series rotors to make sure the oil flow is
uniform and noise is lower.
YB-E high pressure vane pumps are in accordance with JB/T7039-93
"Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Vane Pumps", JB/T7040-93
"Test methods for Vane Pumps" and American VICKERS standard.
This kind of the pumps are extensively used in the industries,
for instance, injection moulding machines, die casting machine,
hytraulic press, watercraft machinery, engineering machinery
and metallurgical machinery, etc.
YB-E Type medium and high pressure intravane pumps are made
either with size of the coupling flanges and shaft extension
according to the metric system, GB2353.1-80 and ISO3019/2, or
the coupling flanges, shaft extension and oil inlet and outlet
threads of inch are also available for interchangbility with
vicker's product line.
